We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The lack of a non-smoking room option didn't matter, as our room had no odor of smoke whatsoever. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the peaceful and elegant garden added to the overall tranquility of our experience. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to the major attractions in this city's onsen area. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast provided was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the setup of the dining area, which was private and quiet.

The hotel was in a perfect location, surrounded by amazing scenery and beautiful spots to visit nearby. I loved the fact that the hotel room was very spacious and clean, offering fantastic bathroom facilities. The outdoor onsen was a unique and enjoyable experience, with different tubs to choose from.
Accessing the hotel was a bit of a struggle, especially if you are carrying luggage or traveling without a car. The uphill walk to the hotel was tiring and inconvenient, and a shuttle service doesn't seem to be provided.

The hotel provided a satisfying experience during my business trip. the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was attentive to explaining all important information in plain English. the hotel also offered a nice view of either the mountains or the river, adding to a relaxing atmosphere. the meals offered in the restaurant were of high standard and reasonably priced.
The lack of shuttle service for non-driving guests, as they may have to walk uphill with luggage. the hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from major local attractions.
